REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL 26-075
HIRED EQUIPMENT SERVICES
The City of Victoria (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors (the “Contractors”) to provide civil construction and maintenance equipment, on an as‑needed basis to support City operations.
The intent of this RFP is to solicit competitive, qualified suppliers capable of delivering high quality Hired Equipment, at fair and sustainable pricing, while fully meeting the City’s required service levels and adhering to all applicable environmental, safety, and performance standards.
The successful Proponents will be placed on a Hired Equipment Services list and may be engaged by the City for short‑term or project‑specific assignments during the term of the Contract. The City makes no guarantee of minimum work or volume of assignments.
