212 Street Connector – 210 Street to 77A Avenue

The Corporation of the Township of Langley invites tenders for Construction of approximately 900m of arterial extension on 212 Street Connector between 210 Street and 77A Avenue to accommodate 5 lanes with raised medians, concrete barrier curb and gutter, bike lane separation curbs, boulevards, multi-use pathways, retaining walls, landscape, street lighting, traffic signal installations, and thermoplastic pavement markings. The work also includes approximately 955m of 200mm to 500mm diameter watermain installation including service connections, fittings, hydrants, and appurtenances; new storm water infrastructure upgrades including approximately 775m of new 450mm to 900mm diameter storm sewers including catch basins and catch basin leads and 1050mm to 1500mm diameter manholes; and wildlife crossing culvert.
