WorkSafeBC intends to contract with Dell Canada Inc (“Dell”), to purchase hardware and virtual appliances, software, support, and maintenance for WorkSafeBC’s on-premises storage and backup infrastructure (the “Solution”). These products were previously contracted with EMC Corporation of Canada (“EMC”) prior to Dell Canada Inc.’s acquisition of EMC.
