The City of Coquitlam (“City”) is requesting responses to this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) from qualified mobile payment service providers to supply mobile parking applications and associated technology to supplement and integrate with the City’s on/off-street parking paystations and parking enforcement technology (Genetec).

The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals and will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the Proponents in preparing a response.
Proposals will not be opened in public.
The City reserves the right to negotiate concurrently with the highest ranked Proponent(s).
Procurement of goods and services are in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the New West Partnership Agreement (NWPTA).
