2026 Paving Program, Phase 1

City of Delta invites bids for the construction of the Phase 1 of the 2026 Paving Program, “the Work”, as described in the specifications and drawings provided as appendices to the Invitation to Tender.
The Work consists of the following seven sites:
1. 116 Street (86 Ave to Nordel Way)
a. Mill of existing asphalt surface and paving of new asphalt
i. All milling, base, and paving work to be night work only
b. Pavement markings
2. 112 Street (86 Ave to Nordel Way)
a. Mill of existing asphalt surface and paving of new asphalt
i. All milling, base, and paving work to be night work only
b. Concrete curb repairs
c. Pavement markings
3. 90 Ave (River Road to 112 Street)
a. Mill of existing asphalt surface and paving of new asphalt
b. Concrete curb repairs
c. Pavement markings
4. 75A Ave (115 Street to 118 Street)
a. Mill of existing asphalt surface and paving of new asphalt including raised
crosswalks and speed humps
b. Pavement markings
5. 93A (115 Street to 115A Street) and 115A Street (92A Ave to 93A Ave)
a. Mill of existing asphalt surface and paving of new asphalt
6. Kendale Way (Kendale View to 114 Street) + Kendale View
a. Mill of existing asphalt surface and paving of new asphalt
7. Brandy Drive and 83 Avenue
a. Mill of existing asphalt surface and paving of new asphalt
b. Pavement markings
c. Installation of sign bases for future stop sign installation
