Description
The Sunshine Coast Regional District (Regional District) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide caretaking services for the Halfmoon Bay Community Hall facility and surrounding grounds located at Connor Park located at 8108 Northwood Road, Halfmoon Bay BC. The Contractor will be required to perform general maintenance of the community hall building and surrounding sidewalk, outdoor spaces, and access areas, including but not limited to janitorial services, restocking supplies, grounds maintenance, waste removal (garbage, recycling, and compostable waste), ensuring interior and exterior of the building maintained in a safe, sanitary, clean and tidy condition.
