Description
The project is located in Fairmont Hot Springs, BC, East of Fairmont Resort Road near Cold Spring Creek. Phase 1 consists of the relocation of underground utilities including potable water, irrigation, and raw water supply mains in the proposed debris and barrier basin area, as well as excavation activities, tree clearing and grubbing, temporary bridge installation and construction of access roads. The future barrier, basin and other work are not part of this tender.
