Description
The City of North Vancouver is requesting proposals in response to this Request for Proposal from a Civil Design Consultant to act as the Prime Consultant. The Proponent will be responsible for the development of the detailed design for The Hub Site Preparation Project. The HSP project is located east of St Georges Avenue, between 1st Street E and 2nd Street E. The primary project objective is to subdivide the existing city properties, which currently include the existing North Shore Neighborhood House (“NSNH"), Derek Inman Park and community gardens, in support of the future developments by the City. The City is seeking an experienced civil design consultant to be responsible to coordinate a design team, that includes a Landscape Architect, to collaborate with the project manager, City staff and key stakeholders in the development of a detailed design for the Project. The Proponent will also be responsible to coordinate their design with all applicable Utility Owners. See attachment for details.
