Snow Clearing at Various Recreational Facilities
 
The City invites Proposals from qualified Proponents for the provision of Snow and Ice Removal at three (3) City facility locations on an “as and when required” basis as further described in Section 5.0 Scope of Work, Requirements and Specifications.  The three (3) City facility locations fall into two (2) separate Areas.     Proponents may elect to submit proposals for providing Snow removal Services to just one Area, or for both Areas.  The first term of the Agreement, if awarded will be for Winter Season 1 which commences upon Agreement execution to March 31, 2023.   Firm pricing is required for Winter Season 1.
This may be extended for an additional two (2) more Winter Seasons, subject to satisfactory performance reviews, pricing an if mutually agreeable.
