The District of Clearwater invites tenders for the supply of Rip Rap for the reconstruction of the bank protection at the Old North Thompson Highway Bridge project in Clearwater. A summary of specific work items includes the following (approx. quantities):
Supply of 3,014 Tonnes of 250 kg Riprap Supply of 80 Tonnes of 10 kg Riprap Stockpiling of supplied materials, separated by Riprap class, at the proposed laydown area Optional Work for supply of up to an additional 15% of the total riprap quantities above
Electronic Contract Documents are available at no charge on BC Bid (Adobe PDF format).
All bidders are asked to register with TRUE Consulting (using the Planholder Registration Form) to receive addenda that may be issued during the tender period. Submitting the Planholder Registration Form is not a requirement to bid. Bidders that do not receive or do not acknowledge receipt of addenda may be disqualified from the tender process.
A site meeting will not be held. Contractors are welcome to visit the site on their own.
Questions and clarifications regarding the Tender must be submitted to TRUE Consulting no later than July 20th, 2026, at 5:00pm.
Tenders are scheduled to close:

Tender Closing Date: July 23rd, 2026 via BCBid.
Digital Submission via BC BID. Physical submissions will not be accepted.
Note that submission via BC Bid requires proponents to be registered for a Business BCeID.
