The Owner invites tenders for:The District of Clearwater invites tenders for the supply and installation of:
  •   One 1800mm diameter sanitary sewer manhole
  •   Approximately 2900 m2 of 10 oz. geotextile cushion
  •   Approximately 1325 m2 of 40 mil. LLDPE liner
  •   Approximately 975 m2 of 450mm thick sand
  •   Approximately 250 m3 of 3/8” – ¼” pea gravel
  •   Approximately 2000 m3 imported SGSB
  •   Approximately 880 m2 non-woven filter cloth
  •   Approximately 20 l.m. 150mm diameter sch. 40 perforated PVC piping
  •   Winterization of three existing sanitary manholes
  •   Approximately 890 m2 hand seeding
  •   Approximately 110 l.m. safety ladders

On payment of a non-refundable amount of $100 including GST payable to TRUE Consulting. The Contract Drawings are also available digitally through BC Bid (www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca). A Planholder Registration Form must be completed and emailed to TRUE Consulting at info@true.bc.ca in order to receive any addendums and/or additional information regarding this tender. It is the sole responsibility of the Planholder to ensure that the Registration Form has been received by TRUE Consulting.

Bidders that do not receive or do not acknowledge receipt of addenda may be disqualified from the tender process.

Tenders received after the closing time will be returned unopened.
The lowest or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted.

Sealed tenders clearly marked on the outside with the Contract Title and Reference No., will be received by Ariana Paulson, P. Eng. digitally at apaulson@true.bc.ca or in hard copy at the TRUE Consulting Office (Kamloops) at the address listed below. Tenders will be opened at the TRUE Consulting Office (Kamloops) at 2:00 pm local time on the tender closing date. The tender opening will not be open to the public.
