Notice is hereby given by the City of Nanaimo (City) of its intent to direct award a contract to:Kerr Wood Leidal Associates Limited (KWL)200-4185A Still Creek DriveBurnaby, BC V5C 6G9 

1. Parties wishing to challenge or object to this decision must submit in writing, reasons for the challenge or objection detailing specific reasons for their objections.
2. The submission must provide sufficient detailed and specific information providing the supplier has relevant experience, qualification and ability to provide described services within the required time frame.
3. Challenges must be submitted electronically through Bids&Tenders.

 This Notice of Intent is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade Agreement - Chapter 5, and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) - Chapter 19.
