This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Cowichan Valley Regional District (the “CVRD”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Asset Management Consulting Services as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
