The Village of Burns Lake invites tenders to complete the following work (approximate quantities):
Electronic Contract Documents are available at no charge through BC Bid. Paper copies of the Contract Documents can be obtained from the address above for a non-refundable fee of $150.00 plus shipping.
Sealed tenders, accompanied by the specified Bid Bond, will be received as follows:

Tenders will be opened in public in the Board Room at the Village of Burns Lake Office at the closing time and date.
Any changes to the Tender documentation will be issued by means of written addenda and posted on the BC Bid website. It is the sole responsibility of the tenderer to regularly check for addendums or questions. Upon submitting a tender, tenderers will be deemed to have received notice of all addenda that are issued.
Tenderers may attend an optional information meeting scheduled for 11:00am Thursday, April 04, 2024, at the intersection of Highway 16 and Richmond Loop. All contract technical inquiries are to be directed in writing to the owner’s representative prior to 72 business hours before tender closing time:

- 4,000 cubic metres of 75 mm minus SGSB embankment fill
- 3,900 square metres of 600 mm thick 75 mm minus SGSB
- 3,600 square metres of 300 mm thick 25 mm minus WGB
- 3,200 square metres of 150 mm thick Class 1, 16 mm medium mix asphalt
- 5,600 square metres of hydro seeding
- 290 metres of concrete curb and gutter
- 360 square metres of concrete sidewalk
- 150 m of 600 mm diameter storm sewer culvert
