The City of Nanaimo wishes to engage the services of a consultant team to work with the City, the Nanaimo Port Authority and port tenants to prepare a functional design and Class D cost estimate for the Project Study Area, which includes the waterfront walkway between the former Nanaimo Shipyards site (1100 Stewart Avenue, Nanaimo, BC) and the Asia Pacific Yacht Club (1600 Stewart Avenue, Nanaimo, BC) as further detailed in Section 5.0 Scope of Services and Requirements.
This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade Agreement - Chapter 5, and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) - Chapter 19.
