RFP Civil Construction Services Roster

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Kamloops (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Provision of Civil Construction Services as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

The City is seeking a roster of three (3) qualified and experienced Contractors to provide Civil Construction Services to the City. The estimated aggregate value of projects will average between $15-20 million annually; however, the value is based on historical spend and anticipated future requirements, unforeseen developments may cause the value to increase or decrease.

The term of each agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year, with four (4) options in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to one (1) year per option.

Proponents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials, or other representatives of the City, other than the RFP Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFP. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the proponent and the rejection of the proponent’s proposal.
