Description
CNC needs to update its domestic recruitment department to modernize to current best practices and align with the CNC 2021-2026 Strategic Plan. This is an opportunity for an experienced leader in post-secondary recruitment to advance this department by creating a new department level strategy. Part of this project will be creating a renewed Standard Operating Procedure document based on industry best practices and customized to CNC with Strategic Enrolment Management (SEM) embedded throughout. The project will also involve training and mentoring staff to increase the skills base to effectively deliver the revitalized recruitment programming.
