Description
Notice is hereby given that the Province of British Columbia, as represented by the Ministry of Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation is contemplating making a direct award of a contract to Spot Solutions (the “Supplier”).
The high-level details of the contemplated contract are generally described, but not limited to, below.
Provide guidance and solutions for the Strategic Partnerships and Initiatives Division, to undertake the Fiscal Obligation and Funding Tracker (FOFT).
Provide guidance and potential solution for Strategic Partnerships and Initiatives Division, for the Consultation Report and Tracking System (CRTS) to ensure it remains functional until the new First Nations Consultation (FNCS) comes on-line. Strategies for loading data to FNCS as well as a strategy to ensure in CRTS remain accessible in a read-only format beyond the shelf-life of the system are also required.
Assist the Ministry with decommissioning of servers no longer required, and development and implementation of enhancements to extend the functionality of SharePoint sites as may be required to be moved to SharePoint Online, as well as documentation and/or instructions
