This Negotiated Request for Proposal (the “NRFP”) is an invitation by Kwantlen Polytechnic University (the “University”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for KPU Surrey Learning Gardens Design & Construction, as further described in Section A of the NRFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
