Notice is hereby given by the City of Nanaimo (City) of its intent to direct award a Contract to:

This Notice of Intent is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Chapter 19).
Challenge Consideration Criteria:
Respondents wishing to challenge the decision to this direct award should submit a detailed written objection through the bids&tenders website before the Closing Date and Time of this Notice of Intent.
