Fraser Health Authority (“FHA”) invites expressions of interest from commercial property owners interested in providing office or retail premises on a sale or lease basis for Fraser Health Authority for a kidney dialysis clinic (the “Project”). The purpose of this Request for Expressions of Interest (“RFEI”) is to select a respondent who currently owns a facility that complies with the Project requirements as set out below (“Respondent”) to enter into negotiations for a sale or lease of the proposed premises for the Project.
