The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to secure Proposals from qualified and experienced Contractors to provide playground design, manufacturing, supply, and installation services for Barney Moreiz Park playground replacement, located at Poplar Street in Nanaimo, BC.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal site meeting is scheduled as follows:
Meeting Place:            450 Poplar Street, Nanaimo, BC
Meeting Date:             July 07, 2026
Meeting Start Time:    2:30 PM sharp to approximately 3:30 PM
