This Request for Prequalification (RFPQ) is an invitation by the BC Housing Management Commission (BC Housing) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Civil Works at səmiq̓ʷəʔelə (Riverview Lands), Coquitlam, BC as further described in Part 2 - The Deliverables.
The intent is to create a shortlist (the Source List) of up to five (5) Prequalified Proponents who subsequently will be invited to submit a bid for the Work and/or Services as further described in this RFPQ.
