Kwantlen Polytechnic University is inviting Stipulated Price Bids for the Door Replacement and Repair project at KPU Richmond campus to
address aging door systems and improve accessibility for students and public. The work generally Includes the supply, replacement and or
repairs of existing doors. Please refer to Appendix A for the Specifications and Drawings of this project and Appendix D for the General
Instructions.
KPU’s preference is to have the project substantially completed by week of August 28, 2023.
KPU has an approximate budget of $450,000 (Dollars Four Hundred Fifty Thousand) for this entire project.
