Description
The City of Dawson Creek invites submissions from artists, with preference given to local residents, to create the designs that will be used as a template for the banners that will be installed on streetlights along 8th Street, City Hall (12A Street), and 122nd Avenue. The Proponents must submit four (4) design options that reflect and showcase the City of Dawson Creek.
All contract documents are available through BC Bid. The Proponent is solely responsible for ensuring any addenda are downloaded, reviewed, and included in their proposal. Questions regarding specifications can be directed to Kelsey Wozniak, at kwozniak@dawsoncreek.ca Do not submit proposals or pricing information to this email address.
Proponents must refer to the Request for Proposal (RFP) Documents for the terms governing the submission and selection process. Proposals shall be prepared and submitted at the sole expense of the Proponent and without cost to the Corporation of the City of Dawson Creek. All proposals received by the City of Dawson Creek Corporate Officer become the property of the Corporation of the City of Dawson Creek and as such are subject to the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
The City of Dawson Creek will not accept proposals submitted from companies that are owned by City employees.
Proposals may be submitted until 2:00 p.m. (local time), Friday, August 12, 2022.
