Description
The purpose of this RFQ is to invite interested parties to indicate their interest in, and their qualifications for, the Guideway Contract (“the Project”), one of the three main contracts of the Surrey Langley SkyTrain Project (“SLS Project”). Through the process described in this RFQ, the Province anticipates identifying up to three Respondents to be invited to participate in the next phase of the Competitive Selection Process, the Request for Proposals (“RFP”) phase.
The purpose of the Competitive Selection Process is to identify a qualified entity that may be offered the opportunity to enter into a contract (the "Project Agreement") to design, construct, and partially finance the Project allowing for operation of the Surrey Langley SkyTrain to be in service in late 2028.
