RFP 52-2026 - 92804 SWB Warehouse Prime Consultant
This Request for Proposals (RFP) identifies a business opportunity for the successful Proponent to provide Prime Consultant Services for the Swartz Bay Warehouse Optimization and Life Extension project, including leading a multidisciplinary team through planning, requirements gathering, conceptual design, detailed design, permitting, procurement support, construction administration, and project close-out. The work involves developing and evaluating options to improve the functionality, efficiency, capacity, and service life of an aging operational warehouse facility at a busy ferry terminal, while coordinating with BC Ferries, stakeholders, and a future Construction Manager to deliver the project in phases with minimal disruption to ongoing terminal operations.
