Scope of Work
The District of Saanich (the “District”) is looking to complete a full building mechanical upgrade and seeking to engage a Professional Consulting team (the "Consultant") to produce the design and conduct contract administration for the Project. The G.R. Pearkes Recreation Centre Heat Recovery and Mechanical Upgrade project (the “Project”) will add a heat recovery system to the existing ice plant, which will be used to offset the majority of the building’s heating energy use. The heat recovery loop will include Air Source Heat Pumps and back up gas boilers. The existing roof top units and dehumidifier will also be replaced.
Qualified Suppliers
This RFQ is issued to Suppliers on the Qualified Supplier Roster for Service Category 18 - Mechanical Engineering – Buildings established by RFSQ 02/21 Professional Consulting Services for the purpose of conducting a second stage selection process pursuant to the Master Framework Agreement.
Only suppliers that were prequalified under RFSQ 02/21 are eligible to respond to this RFQ. Quotations submitted by any supplier that was not prequalified under RFSQ 02/21 will not be considered.
Closing Date and Time: July 27, 2022 at 3:00 PM Pacific Time
