Pre-qualified Architectural and Engineering Consultants
Only Architectural firms prequalified by the Authority for Acute Care Projects greater than $2 Million may respond to this RFP. The Authority will not consider a Proposal from a firm not already prequalified for Acute Care Projects greater than $2 Million.
Sub-Consulting firms (including Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Technology (RCDD), Civil and Geotechnical if required) shall be selected from the Authority’s Pre-qualified Engineers list.
The pre-qualification lists may be viewed at the Fraser Health website:

Site Visit**Mandatory
The Authority has arranged a MANDATORY site visit for the benefit of interested Proponents who are preparing Proposals. It is advisable for the Engineering Consultants to also attend. The date and time of site visit(s) are as noted below:

Time: 10:35 AM - Local Time
Meeting Location: Peace Arch Hospital – Acute Care Building
