Description
Scope for this Tender Package:
- Civil (Site Utilities)
- Earthworks (Excavation, backfill, grading, hauling away materials, importing materials, etc)
- Will be issued early in the Week of July 24th via Addendum
- Will identify the MMCD Specifications, but it will be the responsibility of the trade to review and incorporate the MMCD Specifications even if not identified in the schedule of quantities
- NOTE: We will be using the Bird Subcontract has provided in the "Bird Tender Specification" in the specification folder.
Include in your quotations the considerations within the documents listed in the "Reference Information" folder.
