ITB Salmon Arm Primary Care Network Minor Renovations - General Contractor Services

Project Description: 1. Interior Health is renovating existing office space to establish a Primary Care Network (PCN). The scope includes modifications to support clinical and workstation areas to enhance Primary Care Services. 
    The scope includes (but not limited too):-
        • Replacement of flooring throughout the entire tenant space. (Area 4,293 sq. ft.)
        • Ceiling tile replacement.
        • Full repainting of all surfaces.
        • Replacement of window coverings.
        • Replacement of existing inadequate lighting and installation of additional lights throughout entire space.
        • Supply and installation of two additional medical room sinks, plus replacement of existing washroom sinks.
        • Supply and installation of cooling Split Heat Pump in the Data Room.
        • Supply and installation of additional power receptacles.
        • Fire Rating upgrades, including additional construction above existing demising walls.
        • Supply and Installation of New doors and door hardware as required.
        • Minor Mill-work and accessories installations. 
Note:- Due to budget constraints, majority of the existing infrastructure will be re-purposed where possible.
 2. The estimated construction budget for the Project is $ 360,000.00
 3. Desired Ready-for-Takeover date is February 15, 2026
