Description
The Board of Education of School District No. 36 – Surrey (“SD36”) is issuing this notice as SD36 is conducting a Refresh on its current Prequalified Roster for the RFPQ referenced above. Please see original document for further information regarding scope and submission requirements.
All terms and conditions will be the same as in the original documentation with the exception of the RFPQ timetable (originally in Section 1.4 “RFPQ Timetable”) and Bonfire submission portal, which are replaced by the following:
Note that this is a refresh of the original competition intended to allow contractor not currently on the Roster the opportunity to apply. Each submission will be evaluated as in the original competition and must meet the minimum threshold as described therein.

Respondents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, board members or other representatives of SD36, other than the RFPQ Refresh Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFPQ Refresh. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the respondent and the rejection of the respondent’s response.

All future communications including addendums, will only be communicated through the Bonfire (link above).

Existing Contractors
Contractors that are already currently on SD36’s Roster for this RFPQ are asked NOT to make a submission to this RFPQ Refresh as this process is only for the purpose of onboarding new contractor and does not effect your current position on the list (unless informed otherwise in writing).Notification and communication:
