Description
BCFSA is seeking Proposals from qualified vendors to recommend and implement an effective and efficient records management system for approximately 360 users. The system should be compatible with the BCFSA’s records management and document management practices as well as compliant with British Columbia laws and regulations.
The successful Proponent will conduct detailed analysis of the BCFSA’s documents and records and provide guidance to plan the implementation of the recommended records management system. The successful Proponent will also provide guidance to migrate information from the existing legacy records management application.
