Site Visit Date and Time: October 11, 2022 at 2pm PST
Deadline for Questions: October 18 @ 10:00 am PST. Questions submitted after this deadline will not receive a response.
Deadline for Issuing Addenda: October 20, 2022
Submission Deadline: October 27 @ 2:00 pm PST
The ITT timetable is tentative only and may be changed by BC Housing or the Owner at any time.
Mandatory Site Visit
Bidders must attend a site visit on the specified date and time below:
Date: October 11, 2022
Time: 2pm PST
Location of Site Meeting: 6724 Eustace Road, Sooke BC
Subcontractor Attendance is Mandatory.
Site visits begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above.
A sign-in sheet will be provided, and all Bidders are required to sign in. Note that submissions will only be reviewed for those Bidders who have attended and signed the sign-in sheet. No exceptions to this will be permitted.
All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the ITT Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.2 Timetable.
Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
The work includes but is not limited to Building Envelope repairs as further set out at Appendices: E
