ICBC periodically requires the services of qualified external agencies capable of providing specialty management recruiting services (“Services”) on an as-and-when-requested basis to ICBC. ICBC is seeking qualified external agencies for 4 different categories (Professional Recruitment, Call Center, Healthcare and Leadership).
Prospective suppliers can access the solicitation documents and submit proposals through ICBC's Bonfire portal.
All communication from and to ICBC including questions, solicitation document amendments, responses to questions and other information will also be published on ICBC's Bonfire portal. It is the prospective supplier's sole responsibility to ensure that they access all new and updated information.
