The City of Richmond (the “City”) is seeking Proposals from Contractors to provide on-site aggregate crushing services (the “Work” or “Works”) at the City’s Sidaway Operations Yard at 6711 Sidaway Road (the “Yard”) on an as and when requested basis (the “Project”), as described in the Contract Documents.
