Description
The Board of Education of School District No. 41 (Burnaby) wishes to retain the services of an experienced Construction Management company for the building envelope remediation project at Edmonds Community School at 7651 18th Avenue, Burnaby, BC.
Edmonds Community School built in phases from 1949 through to 1974 is a two story with approximately 5300 square feet. Late last year, the school district received reports of failing stucco and engaged RDH to conduct an assessment and provide a report. See Attachment No. 1 - Additional Exploratory Opening and Visual Review Report.
The successful proponent will work with the School District to select consultants and design to replace failing stucco with metal cladding, thermal windows and doors on rain screen assembly.
