Description
The Trail Memorial Centre is replacing the refrigeration plant's evaporative condenser. The existing BAC VC1 Series condenser will be replaced with a BAC CXVB Series evaporative condenser. The new condenser is to be mounted on the existing concrete structure which supports the facility's current condenser. Because the new condenser has slightly different dimensions than the existing condenser, the installing contractor will be responsible for making any seismic and/or structural upgrades required to ensure the existing condenser stand is capable of supporting the new equipment.
