    Description
    The City of Maple Ridge (the “City”) is seeking an experienced and qualified event planning and management firm to plan and host three major community events to celebrate the City's 150th anniversary of incorporation on September 14, 2024.

    The successful Proponent shall provide all planning, programming, logistics, labour, management, and safety for hosting three single day anniversary events, to be held in February, May and September 2024.  In addition to the anniversary events, the successful Proponent shall also enhance the City’s annual community events such as block parties, Canada Day, etc., as identified in Appendix A, by promoting and incorporating the 150th anniversary theme (Maple Ridge 150).
