Notice is hereby given that the Province of British Columbia, as represented by the Ministry of Attorney General is contemplating making a direct award of a contract to Thomson Reuters Canada Ltd (the “Supplier”).
The high-level details of the contemplated contract are generally described below.
Provide online access to comprehensive Canadian legal research services. These services encompass primary sources of the law: Canadian court and tribunal decisions, and Canadian legislation. These also include authoritative secondary sources of the law: broad collections of leading treatises, periodical articles and indices, citators, and case digests. They include legal current awareness services and strong search interfaces which allow flexibility and accuracy in finding relevant materials.
