This Request for Proposals (RFP) includes:
1. Tā Ch’ilā Park (aka Boya Lake)
The Ministry of Environment and Parks invites proposals from interested individuals, firms, or corporations for the delivery of park visitor services in BC Parks. This RFP represents a unique nature-based business opportunity to deliver world-class camping and day use operations.
Bidders’ meeting
A virtual, non-mandatory bidders’ meeting, will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2026 at 11:00am (Pacific Time). In-Person site visit Date: Thursday, August 13, 2026 Time: 10:00am (Pacific Time) Location: Tā Ch’ilā Park (aka Boya Lake) Bidders must confirm attendance at the in-person site visit by emailing parkservices@gov.bc.ca no later than 2:00pm (Pacific Time) on August 6, 2026. The site visit will proceed only if one or more bidders have confirmed attendance by the stated deadline. Inquiries Bidder enquiries will not be accepted after August 20, 2026 at 2:00pm (Pacific Time). Enquiries are to be directed only to the following e-mail address: parkservices@gov.bc.ca.
Submission deadline
Bids will be received no later than 2:00pm (Pacific Time) on August 27, 2027: Quotations must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the RFP.
Late submissions Late bids will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the terms and
