Description
The City of Courtenay invites tenders for Dingwall Steps. The work will include the installation of the following:
• 75-meters of concrete stairs with steel handrail connecting Dingwall Road to Carmanah Drive, including 9 landings;
• Stairway lighting;
• 40-meter extension of 3-meter-wide asphalt pathway; and
• Landscaping and surface restoration.
Optional pre-tender site meeting to be held on June 28th, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. local time. The meeting location will be the intersection of Dingwall Road and Cruikshank Avenue.
