4076 Top Dressing and Floating, Aeration Services, and Overseeding

The City of Nanaimo requires a qualified Contractor to provide labour and equipment for top dressing and floating, aeration, and over-seeding on an ‘as and when requested’ basis for various sports fields within Nanaimo city limits.Services must be carried out during agreed-upon times to minimize disruption to field use. The Contractor must supply all labour and equipment to perform the services, and the City will supply the sand and seed.The work is a time-sensitive process that will occur over two consecutive weeks in March or April, weather-dependent.This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Chapter 19).
