TENDER D854-01 BCMHSUS Kelowna FPS Design and Implementation

This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for the Forensic Psychiatric Services (FPS) Kelowna Clinic, currently located at 1835 Gordon Drive will be relocating to newly acquired lease spaced located at #39-2070 Harvey Avenue, Kelowna. The new space will require tenant improvements and new technology infrastructure to be installed and be fully functional for both clinical and non‐clinical programming/service delivery.

Anticipated Ready for Takeover Date: December 4, 2026

A site visit of the proposed work will take place as follows:
