RFP E148-00 FHA Surrey MRI Clinic MRI Replacement

1 Fraser Health Authority (the “Authority”) has issued this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the purpose of inviting proposals from qualified consultants to undertake the services described in Appendix ‘A’ to this RFP (the “Services”) with respect to E148-00 Surrey MRI Clinic MRI Replacement (the “Project”).

2 Only architectural firms that have been prequalified by the Authority for Acute Care Projects > 1M or Non-Acute Care Projects >1M are eligible to respond to this RFP. The Authority will not consider a Proposal from a firm that is not prequalified for Acute Care Projects > 1M or Non-Acute Care Projects >1M.

Proponents proposing to use Sub-Consultants for the following disciplines should use firms that are included on the Authority’s pre-qualified list of engineers (pre-qualified for any fee category): • mechanical; • electrical; • structural; The pre-qualification lists for architects and engineers may be viewed at the Fraser Health website: https://www.fraserhealth.ca/about-us/business-opportunities/

3 Site Visit The Authority has made arrangements for site visits for the benefit of interested Proponents who are preparing Proposals. Attendance at the site visits is optional but highly encouraged. The date and time of site visit is as noted below:
