Forest Service Road Mechanical Brushing - Stuart Nechako

All works will be conducted within the Stuart Nechako Forest District. The following list of roads and
kilometre sections which require brushing is proposed and is not guaranteed and may be
modified. An estimate of the workload and the proposed work sites is as follows:
• Kluskus Gold FSR (7655 04) 0 to 15 km
• Holy Cross Hallet Lake (7724 03) 5 to 12.8 km
• Holy Cross Laurie Lake (7724 37) 0 to 6.5 km
• Holy Cross Francois 500 (7724 05) 0 to 7.8 km (3.5 to 11 km posted)
• Holy Cross 200 (7724 02) 0 to 43.1 km (12 to 52 km posted)
• Bobtail Grizzly (1771 10) 0 to 41 km
• Cunningham Whitefish Bay (7537 02) 0 to 10.5 km
• Sutherland Oona (1795 07) 0 to 7 km

The exact roads and km sections which will be brushed will be impacted by the Stuart Nechako
Districts total budget and the bid price of the winning proponent. Other road sections which are not on
this list may be added by the Ministry Representative, if agreed to by the winning proponent. The
finalized list will be determined by the Ministry Representative.

The Contractor shall be fully responsible for access to the works and shall satisfy that access to the
works is adequate to get equipment and materials to the worksite(s). Access to the worksite(s) is
gained over the highway and Forest Service Roads. Transport and work vehicles shall take into
consideration travel on gravel Forest Service Roads. Contractor must be aware of potential seasonal
road bans.
