Description
This contract requires the following: 7.1km of reactivation- Installation of the 43 BCTS Supplied culverts as per reactivation plan, 6 wood boxes to be removed and replaced with supplied culverts as per plan, and ditch/ culvert inlet cleaning. See reactivation plan for more details. Road reactivation will be paid out as a lump sum.
400m of detailed road realignment- see road realignment designs and TFSA for details.
Within the road realignment a ministry supplied Professional Geotechnologist will supervise the works and will be directing the operator to work a “BUCKET TO BUCKET” method until directed otherwise. The site is narrow and the borrow and spoil site are located on either side of the realignment section. Road realignment work will be paid out at an hourly rate.
