Fintry Park includes 360 hectares of the former Fintry Estate. There is over 2km of waterfront with surrounding mountains and deep canyons. Shorts Creek passes through a deep canyon creating a series of waterfalls and deep pools. With almost two kilometres of waterfront property, the park has opportunities for camping, swimming, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, and wildlife viewing.
The Camping Facilities upon completion of recent expansion works now offer:
Planting of 216 trees, 150 shrubs, and installation of irrigation systems throughout the recent campground expansion loop.
Camp Site Planting:
disturbances to existing conditions.
Tenders must be accompanied with a bid security in the amount of 10% of the total Tendered Price.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

- Total reservable frontcountry sites: 190
- Total vehicle-accessible sites: 161
- Total groupsites: 3
Planting of 216 trees, 150 shrubs, and installation of irrigation systems throughout the recent campground expansion loop.
Camp Site Planting:
- Auguring 366 holes & placement of soils for archaeological analysis.
- Installation of 216 – 15 gal. trees and associated topsoil, and wood mulch.
- Installation of 150 – 5 gal. shrubs and associated topsoil, and wood mulch.
- Installation of approx. 100 cubic meters of topsoil for new planting.
- Installation of approx. 875m, 50mm HDPE mainline and sleeving.
- Installation of approx. 5000m, 25mm poly tubing lateral lines.
- Installation of POC control valves, battery operated controllers, misc. fittings.
- Installation of 100mm pop-up spray heads w/ swing joints for tree bubblers.
- Installation of 875 cubic meters of topsoil for berming of irrigation mainline.
- Installation of 1650 square meters of broadcast seeding, irrigation berming.
- Groom, re-grade/re-slope and hydroseed topsoil stockpile to make good all disturbances to Shorts Creek Berm.
