The District of West Vancouver (the District) invites submissions of Expression of Interest (EOI) from established and experienced not-for-profit organizations, with proven operational, financial and managerial track records to operate a 6 (six) unit, District-owned non-market, rental housing site at the Gateway Project, 303 Marine Drive, West Vancouver, BC for single women-led families with a minimum of two children, where at least one child is under 19 years.
This Expression of Interest (EOI) is being issued electronically on the new BC Bid website (new.bcbid.gov.bc.ca) where any interested party may download the EOI document directly from this website under the 'Supplier Attachments' folder.
It is the responsibility of the respondent to check this website for any updated information and addenda issued before the closing date.
