Description
The District of West Vancouver (“the District”) invites submissions of Expression of Interest for two tenant spaces being created within a new District facility in Horseshoe Bay (the site of the former Horseshoe Bay Boathouse restaurant). These two available tenant spaces will be adjacent and complementary to the primary operation described below, but they will operate as independent tenants within a District facility.
This Expression of Interest (EOI) is being issued electronically on the BC Bid website (bcbid.gov.bc.ca) where any interested party may download the EOI document directly from this website under ‘Documents’.
It is the responsibility of the Respondent to check this website for any updated information and addenda issued before the closing date.
